Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order within the United States.

Where we ship

We ship to street addresses in all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We can't ship to PO boxes or to military addresses (APO, FPO or DPO), and we don't ship outside the US at this time.

Processing time

Orders ship within 24 hours of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays ship the next business day, and orders placed after 12 pm ET on a business day are processed starting the next business day. When your order ships, you get an email with a tracking link.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 5 to 8 business days after your order ships, by FedEx, anywhere in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii. From the day you order, total delivery time is 5 to 9 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays.

Changes and cancellations

To change your address or cancel, email support@alcovenights.com as soon as possible. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update it or refund it in full.

Lost or damaged packages

If tracking shows delivered and you can't find it, or it arrives damaged, email us right away, within 7 days of the delivery date, with your order number and photos of any damage. We'll send a replacement or a full refund.
