If it isn't right for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery. The return label is on us.
How to start a return
- Email support@alcovenights.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
- We email you a prepaid return label and the return address.
- Pack the canopy and drop it off with the carrier.
Condition
Items must be unused and in their original condition, in the original packaging with all tags attached and every part included, including the hanging kit and grounding cord.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 7 days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it. Shipping was free, so there is nothing to deduct.
Damaged or wrong item
If something arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us right away, within 7 days of delivery, with photos. We'll replace it or refund it at no cost to you, and you won't need to wait 30 days.
Exchanges
The canopy comes in one size, so we don't offer exchanges. If you need a different product, return this one for a refund.
Cancellations
You can cancel any order that hasn't shipped for a full refund. Email us as soon as you can, since orders ship within 24 hours.
